Turning on AI Auto Responses

Learn how to enable AI auto responses in Charlie AI for automated ticket replies.

To improve efficiency and ensure prompt responses, you can enable AI auto responses in Charlie AI. This allows the AI to handle ticket responses automatically. Follow these steps to activate this feature:

Step 1: Access the Main Menu

  • Start by navigating to the three-line menu in your Charlie AI interface.

Step 2: Open Settings

  • Select "Settings" from the menu to access your system configurations.

Step 3: Locate the Help Desk Section

  • In the settings menu, find and click on "Help Desk."

Step 4: Enable AI Auto Responses

  • Within the Help Desk section, look for the title "AI Auto Response."

  • Toggle the switch or click the option to turn on AI auto responses.

Once activated, the AI will automatically respond to your incoming tickets, streamlining the process and saving valuable time.
