How to create a knowledge base
A step-by-step guide on how to create an effective knowledge base using our software.

When you are creating an account, you'll go through a series of steps to get started.
Step 1: Enter Your Domain Name
First, you will be prompted to enter your domain name in the format:
yourDomain.ourkd.help
Step 2: Provide Personal Details
Next, you will be asked to fill in your personal details, including your email address.
Step 3: Automatic Account and Knowledge Base Creation
Once you've entered the required information, your account and knowledge base will be created automatically.
Publish Your Knowledge Base
To ensure your knowledge base is published, follow these steps:
Go to Settings (found in the sidebar).
Navigate to Knowledge Base.
Make sure the 'Publish' switch is turned on.
View Your Knowledge Base
Once published, click the link at the very top of the settings page to open your knowledge base website in a new tab. Your knowledge base should now be live!
